All Real Estate Inspectors in Texas are required to use the standardized report form disseminated by the Texas Real Estate Commission. This standard report form allows the home inspector to report on the functionality of the home's different systems placed in separate sections, i.e. electrical, foundation, plumbing, etc.
We provide you with a detailed home inspection report. Each report is individually prepared for you based on the inspector's findings. At the same time, you will be able to clearly understand our inspection reports as each report is written using plain English.
Our inspection report will help you understand where the problems lie. It is simple to understand, easy to read, and clear in what are the recommended repairs. Our report includes full comments on each item to clarify any shortcomings of the home or building. It includes:
- Digital photos of major inspection items that we feel you need to see
- Structural Systems
- Electrical Systems
- Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Systems
- Plumbing Systems
- Appliances
- and Optional Systems (lawn sprinkler, swimming pools, gas lines, etc.)
We've worked hard to make sure our reports are qualified and helpful to you as a homeowner.
