Our Home Inspectors
Our inspectors are TREC Professionally Licensed Inspectors and/or Certified Thermographers and are
always available to verbally communicate our findings and answer all of your questions. For convenience
and scheduling, our inspectors also utilize Supra keys.
Infrared
We utilize infrared cameras so our inspectors
can “see inside the walls.” Unlike a traditional visual inspection, we can detect:
- Infrared scanning of electrical systems can assist in detecting excessive heat from electrical connections, breakers or components which can be fire hazards.
- Examining the walls and ceilings using infrared thermography can show previously undetectable
moisture which can lead to mold growth.
- Infrared scanning of the interior of the home can detect missing insulation and thermal loss, and with energy costs this can be very important.
Reports
We have standardized inspection reports which
are easily interpreted. Generally, TIS inspectors provide inspection reports within a 24 hour business
day.
