As licensed real estate inspectors, we are not in the repair business so you can be comfortable that you are receiving unbiased information. We use the latest in technology including drones* to provide high resolution photos of your roof as well as infrared cameras to detect moisture that is present.
Storm Damage Inspection includes:
- Roof Inspection with drone*
- Exterior and interior wall inspection
- Infrared Camera scan for moisture intrusion (see below IR photos)

*We utilize drones for roof inspections when the inspector determines that he cannot physically walk the roof safely. Drones can only be utilized when location and weather conditions allow.
