The inspector was incredibly generous, friendly, thorough and dedicated in advocating for me, the buyer. My only criticism is in delivery. It felt very doom and destruction and, and he had me wanting to run in the first five minutes. While there were/are points of possible improvement/concern in every home, I/we/the builder/real-estate agent felt the in person communication to be very coarse! I am not sure how to recommend this be improved/changed?

Jason completed my new home inspection for phase 1 & 2 and final inspection. He was very detailed and thorough on all the phase inspections. We had a great experience with Texan Inspection. We had hired another inspector to do our Phase 2 inspection for a new build and he bailed. We were needing someone else last minute. We did some research online and found Texan Inspection. They were not only super responsive, they were also on time, did a thorough job and communicated efficiently throughout the entire process. We worked directly with Brent over the course of the construction of a new build home in the Houston area. He was incredibly thorough, and professional, and provided both my wife and I with really helpful orientation information as new homeowners. He also made himself available when we ran into a concern about a finding from the inspection report that was not immediately addressed by our builder, and we were able to have quick reassurance.Additionally, the administrative staff were very responsive, and quick to confirm appointments, as well as to assist us in unique situations. Specifically, there was some confusion and a sudden change that need to be implemented for am inspection that had been previously scheduled, and the administrative staff assisted with the cancellation and rescheduling in the moment and assuaged any concerns or fears we had about the last-minute change.Texan Inspections were great to work with and we highly recommend their services to anyone considering an inspection.

Dear all,I recently moved to Texas and bought a new house in Conroe. Although the house is brand new, I still wanted to get it inspected, so I started searching for an inspection company.When I saw the advertising for the Texan Inspection Services, something about it caught my attention.I also liked the way their president presented himself and how important customer service was to him and his team.So I decided to call them and was greeted by Mallissa, who was a very sweet lady, not to mention, professional, accommodating respectful and knowledgeable. In all honesty the way she treated me had a huge impact on my decision for choosing Texan Inspection Services. I didn't see any reason to call anyone else.Mallissa sent my information to Kathleen, who contacted me about the cost of their service. Here is another wonderful lady who had all the same qualities as Mallissa.About a month later I contacted Kathleen and told her that I need an inspection done in 2 days since the escrow closing was only two weeks away.I need to tell you that it was 10:00 p.m. when I emailed Kathleen and I received an answer from her by midnight telling me that they will gladly accommodate me.No body responds to emails that quickly and certainly not at midnight. So it's needless to say that I was more than impressed and knew that I had chosen the right company. She even sent me a link to use for sending the funds to them. It just doesn't get any better and easier than this.So two days later I get a call from Derek the inspector, telling me that he is on his way to the property and that he will call me after the inspection has been done.2 hours later he contacted me to go through his findings over the phone. And first thing in the morning I had a very comprehensive report from Derek, which covered everything from the insulation inside the walls to the shingles on your roof (using a drone).He even measured the moisture content inside the walls.He had taken pictures of everything and also created a list of all the issues on the last page of the report, reflecting the page number for each issue as well.I called Derek after I received the report to go through it with him one more time.He was very polite, patient and accommodating. And most certainly very technical and knew what he was talking about.He also said that I can contact him anytime I like, if I have any other questions.So I must say that I had an extremely pleasant and positive experience with the Texan Inspection Services.You know, sadly in this day and age, when we are not happy with a service that we have received we don't hesitate to complain. And most people post a negative review on Yelp right away which can really hurt a business. After a quick google search, it was clear that Texan Inspection Services was the right Inspector to carry out my new home build. The turnaround time was next to none, especially in the current Houston market where properties are being bought up within a day but I was accommodated within a short timescale. I was extremely grateful that Jason Aronson was the inspector on the day as meeting him on site, he was everything you could ask for. Very concise during his breakdown of things to be updated and fixed on the house, but also made recommendations of items that may not usually be covered and also things a home buyer may not know.Can I also say, cracking some jokes and having a great personality? I mean, we all work but got to enjoy it at the same time right?We did have some issues, that the builder should have addressed before but Jason was quick to suggest a re-inspection and remove a cost for a sprinkler system he could not inspect on the day (our water was closed off due to a mains leak - builder did not notify anyone of this). This prevented double costs - I'm sure other companies would charge this anyway, then charge again once it was up and running.The availability of the company even on weekends when they are closed ( I personally called on a Saturday in the hope they would answer for a reschedule on a Monday- and they did) is something that a large scale company would not care to do. I find everyone that works here, very approachable, a true family company that I will reach out to again to carry out the inspection services, me and my family require.I'll be recommending Texan Inspection Services to all

I recently had Texan Inspection perform an inspection on my Condo unit I am purchasing. The inspector arrived on time (actually showing up early to ensure he would be there on time) and began the inspection before the door even opened. I used Texan Inspection services for the inspection during the option period of our vacation home. They were very friendly and accommodating to give me plenty of time to have them inspect with enough time respond to the sellers of the property if there was an issue. The other services I called would have inspected 1-2 days before the end of the option period and were not friendly at all. The technician was running behind and kept in great communication so my realtor and I weren't just standing around wondering. He got to work straight away and was VERY knowledgeable. We used Texan Inspection as our home inspection service. They did a 3 Phase inspection on our new construction. The builder also had their own inspector, but we felt more comfortable hiring our own and glad we did. Brian was very thorough and knowledgeable and explained items of concern. He helped point out some items that were overlooked and our builder agreed and took care of. The thermal imaging is awesome. Could not be much happier with the decision to have new home inspection done by Texan Inspection Service. The inspector was very professional and found out major issues that had to be fixed before we close on the house. If not for the 3rd party home inspection, we would not have known about it. Brent was our home inspector, he was very knowledgeable and took time to answer some of the question we had as we are first time house buyers. When my wife and I decided to build our retirement home, we realized that we needed someone to represent us as the home inspector. Our real estate agent gave us a couple of referrals and we selected Texan Inspection Services, partly due to the infrared camera and drone technology. Texan Inspection Services did 3 inspections for us: phase 1 pre-pour inspection, phase 2 Frame Inspection/ Mechanical rough in inspection and a phase 3 final inspection. We attended all three inspections and it was very educational. After the inspection, he promptly sent us a report with photos that we could send to the construction manager. Trent answered all our questions and pointed out potential issues that we missed. We were able to get the builder to address all the issues. While the drone could not be utilized due to the freezing rain, the thermal camera showed that the house was properly sealed and insulated; and that there were no air leaks.

I used Texan Inspections for the inspection of a home I was contracted to buy. The whole process of contacting Texan Inspections for their services , the pricing and the quality of the inspection with prompt and professional inspector Brent made my life easier during a time of tension during the home buying process. Their price was slightly below average but the service and professionalism was second to none. Their office handled the scheduling and always picked up the phone on the 1st ring and were able to explain the process and answer any question I had. In the field the licensed inspector showed up a little early for the inspection and answered any question I had during the first few minutes of the inspection. He kept his focus on what he was doing as I distracted him with questions. I only stayed around for the first 15 minutes of the inspection just to look over the house again. I left the inspector to do his job as he went through the house top to bottom. about a 2 hour or more inspection.We received the report later that day. It was very detailed and included color photos and thermal imaging.. Lucky for us their were just a few minor defects in the home. If you want to know you are buying a good house and avoid loosing your $ on a money pit, i absolutely recommend using Texan Inspections

I used Texan Inspection Services for a recent purchase. It was my first time going through this process, and Jason was wonderful! He was very kind and walked me through everything, and treated me respectfully when I had tons of question. When I had additional inquiries, he called me and went over the things I was unsure about. If I ever need inspections in the future, I will definitely be contacting Texan Inspection Services.

We used Texas home inspection This past month after we made an offer on a home. Many problems turned up that were not on the sellers disclosure, saving us MUCH heartache. We decided not to get the house, because of what they found. Will definitely use again.I also wanted to mention they use infrared technology to find moisture, etc and that also gave me a lot of comfort with regards to finding mold. Thanks THI!!!
