  had a wonderful experience with this company. They were professional, punctual, reasonably priced, and, most importantly, extremely detail-oriented.

The inspector took the time to carefully go through every single item on his inspection checklist. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions, and he patiently answered each one, making sure I understood everything.

The final inspection report was very well organized and included plenty of clear, detailed photos. I also hired them for a reinspection after the seller completed the requested repairs. Once again, the inspector thoroughly reviewed everything and identified several issues with the repairs that could have turned into expensive problems if they had gone unnoticed.
