Dear all,I recently moved to Texas and bought a new house in Conroe. Although the house is brand new, I still wanted to get it inspected, so I started searching for an inspection company.When I saw the advertising for the Texan Inspection Services, something about it caught my attention.I also liked the way their president presented himself and how important customer service was to him and his team.So I decided to call them and was greeted by Mallissa, who was a very sweet lady, not to mention, professional, accommodating respectful and knowledgeable. In all honesty the way she treated me had a huge impact on my decision for choosing Texan Inspection Services. I didn't see any reason to call anyone else.Mallissa sent my information to Kathleen, who contacted me about the cost of their service. Here is another wonderful lady who had all the same qualities as Mallissa.About a month later I contacted Kathleen and told her that I need an inspection done in 2 days since the escrow closing was only two weeks away.I need to tell you that it was 10:00 p.m. when I emailed Kathleen and I received an answer from her by midnight telling me that they will gladly accommodate me.No body responds to emails that quickly and certainly not at midnight. So it's needless to say that I was more than impressed and knew that I had chosen the right company. She even sent me a link to use for sending the funds to them. It just doesn't get any better and easier than this.So two days later I get a call from Derek the inspector, telling me that he is on his way to the property and that he will call me after the inspection has been done.2 hours later he contacted me to go through his findings over the phone. And first thing in the morning I had a very comprehensive report from Derek, which covered everything from the insulation inside the walls to the shingles on your roof (using a drone).He even measured the moisture content inside the walls.He had taken pictures of everything and also created a list of all the issues on the last page of the report, reflecting the page number for each issue as well.I called Derek after I received the report to go through it with him one more time.He was very polite, patient and accommodating. And most certainly very technical and knew what he was talking about.He also said that I can contact him anytime I like, if I have any other questions.So I must say that I had an extremely pleasant and positive experience with the Texan Inspection Services.You know, sadly in this day and age, when we are not happy with a service that we have received we don't hesitate to complain. And most people post a negative review on Yelp right away which can really hurt a business. After a quick google search, it was clear that Texan Inspection Services was the right Inspector to carry out my new home build. The turnaround time was next to none, especially in the current Houston market where properties are being bought up within a day but I was accommodated within a short timescale. I was extremely grateful that Jason Aronson was the inspector on the day as meeting him on site, he was everything you could ask for. Very concise during his breakdown of things to be updated and fixed on the house, but also made recommendations of items that may not usually be covered and also things a home buyer may not know.Can I also say, cracking some jokes and having a great personality? I mean, we all work but got to enjoy it at the same time right?We did have some issues, that the builder should have addressed before but Jason was quick to suggest a re-inspection and remove a cost for a sprinkler system he could not inspect on the day (our water was closed off due to a mains leak - builder did not notify anyone of this). This prevented double costs - I'm sure other companies would charge this anyway, then charge again once it was up and running.The availability of the company even on weekends when they are closed ( I personally called on a Saturday in the hope they would answer for a reschedule on a Monday- and they did) is something that a large scale company would not care to do. I find everyone that works here, very approachable, a true family company that I will reach out to again to carry out the inspection services, me and my family require.I'll be recommending Texan Inspection Services to all

When my wife and I decided to build our retirement home, we realized that we needed someone to represent us as the home inspector. Our real estate agent gave us a couple of referrals and we selected Texan Inspection Services, partly due to the infrared camera and drone technology. Texan Inspection Services did 3 inspections for us: phase 1 pre-pour inspection, phase 2 Frame Inspection/ Mechanical rough in inspection and a phase 3 final inspection. We attended all three inspections and it was very educational. After the inspection, he promptly sent us a report with photos that we could send to the construction manager. Trent answered all our questions and pointed out potential issues that we missed. We were able to get the builder to address all the issues. While the drone could not be utilized due to the freezing rain, the thermal camera showed that the house was properly sealed and insulated; and that there were no air leaks.

I used Texan Inspections for the inspection of a home I was contracted to buy. The whole process of contacting Texan Inspections for their services , the pricing and the quality of the inspection with prompt and professional inspector Brent made my life easier during a time of tension during the home buying process. Their price was slightly below average but the service and professionalism was second to none. Their office handled the scheduling and always picked up the phone on the 1st ring and were able to explain the process and answer any question I had. In the field the licensed inspector showed up a little early for the inspection and answered any question I had during the first few minutes of the inspection. He kept his focus on what he was doing as I distracted him with questions. I only stayed around for the first 15 minutes of the inspection just to look over the house again. I left the inspector to do his job as he went through the house top to bottom. about a 2 hour or more inspection.We received the report later that day. It was very detailed and included color photos and thermal imaging.. Lucky for us their were just a few minor defects in the home. If you want to know you are buying a good house and avoid loosing your $ on a money pit, i absolutely recommend using Texan Inspections

Our inspector's name was David who happened to be the most humble person we needed at the most stressful time we were experiencing. He made sure we knew what needed fixing, what needed to be changed, and what was right. From beginning to end, he was straight forward but inspected our house to be perfected. Hired David for my new construction. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Reports are done so fast within the same day! So grateful for his expertise, especially during Covid 19. A lot of materials are back ordered or replaced by something else. So it’s good to have your own inspector to ensure that the quality and build is still safe and equipments are properly installed. I have yet to reach my phase 3 inspection but I am extremely happy with the service and expertise provided by Texan Inspection Services. Also, the best quote for new construction as well.

Ray came out the next day to inspect our future home. He was very thorough in his inspection and was able to find minor deficiencies with the home, but at the same time needed to be addressed. We were able to go back to the sellers with the list of items that Ray found and was able to save a few thousand at closing. We would recommend Texan Inspection to anyone who is in need.

Texan Inspection Services was incredibly friendly from our first phone call, through our inspection and afterwards as well. The Inspection report took no time to come back and was INCREDIBLY detailed!! It was a more thorough report than when we bought the home. We highly recommend this company for any of your needs!

I called for an estimate for an energy compliance certificate and they were able to give me a quote over the phone after discussing what I needed. The quote was very reasonable. They were knowledgeable, professional and I would highly recommend giving them a call.
