They were incredibly nice and easy to work with. Their instructions were straightforward. After a quick google search, it was clear that Texan Inspection Services was the right Inspector to carry out my new home build. The turnaround time was next to none, especially in the current Houston market where properties are being bought up within a day but I was accommodated within a short timescale. I was extremely grateful that Jason Aronson was the inspector on the day as meeting him on site, he was everything you could ask for. Very concise during his breakdown of things to be updated and fixed on the house, but also made recommendations of items that may not usually be covered and also things a home buyer may not know.Can I also say, cracking some jokes and having a great personality? I mean, we all work but got to enjoy it at the same time right?We did have some issues, that the builder should have addressed before but Jason was quick to suggest a re-inspection and remove a cost for a sprinkler system he could not inspect on the day (our water was closed off due to a mains leak - builder did not notify anyone of this). This prevented double costs - I'm sure other companies would charge this anyway, then charge again once it was up and running.The availability of the company even on weekends when they are closed ( I personally called on a Saturday in the hope they would answer for a reschedule on a Monday- and they did) is something that a large scale company would not care to do. I find everyone that works here, very approachable, a true family company that I will reach out to again to carry out the inspection services, me and my family require.I'll be recommending Texan Inspection Services to all

Trent was the inspector, he arrived on time, did his inspection and explained what he review, he did a report that was sent also fast as required to assure closing dates remain the same. I recently had Texan Inspection perform an inspection on my Condo unit I am purchasing. The inspector arrived on time (actually showing up early to ensure he would be there on time) and began the inspection before the door even opened. The inspection was thorough and went over every room and appliance in the Condo. The final inspection report was in-depth and included issues we had not even thought of. I used Texan Inspection services for the inspection during the option period of our vacation home. They were very friendly and accommodating to give me plenty of time to have them inspect with enough time respond to the sellers of the property if there was an issue. The other services I called would have inspected 1-2 days before the end of the option period and were not friendly at all. The technician was running behind and kept in great communication so my realtor and I weren't just standing around wondering. He got to work straight away and was VERY knowledgeable. We used Texan Inspection as our home inspection service. They did a 3 Phase inspection on our new construction. The builder also had their own inspector, but we felt more comfortable hiring our own and glad we did. Brian was very thorough and knowledgeable and explained items of concern. He helped point out some items that were overlooked and our builder agreed and took care of. The thermal imaging is awesome. It helped identify some deficiencies that otherwise would not have been detected. Their pricing was very reasonably priced as compared to others. Money well spent! Would highly recommend.

Could not be much happier with the decision to have new home inspection done by Texan Inspection Service. The inspector was very professional and found out major issues that had to be fixed before we close on the house. If not for the 3rd party home inspection, we would not have known about it. Brent was our home inspector, he was very knowledgeable and took time to answer some of the question we had as we are first time house buyers. Kathleen from the office, whom i set up appointments with was very friendly and professional as well. I had to change my appointment couple of time due the construction not being done on time and Kathleen was very considerate of my situation. When my wife and I decided to build our retirement home, we realized that we needed someone to represent us as the home inspector. Our real estate agent gave us a couple of referrals and we selected Texan Inspection Services, partly due to the infrared camera and drone technology. Texan Inspection Services did 3 inspections for us: phase 1 pre-pour inspection, phase 2 Frame Inspection/ Mechanical rough in inspection and a phase 3 final inspection. We attended all three inspections and it was very educational. After the inspection, he promptly sent us a report with photos that we could send to the construction manager. Trent answered all our questions and pointed out potential issues that we missed. We were able to get the builder to address all the issues. While the drone could not be utilized due to the freezing rain, the thermal camera showed that the house was properly sealed and insulated; and that there were no air leaks.

I used Texan Inspections for the inspection of a home I was contracted to buy. The whole process of contacting Texan Inspections for their services , the pricing and the quality of the inspection with prompt and professional inspector Brent made my life easier during a time of tension during the home buying process. Their price was slightly below average but the service and professionalism was second to none. Their office handled the scheduling and always picked up the phone on the 1st ring and were able to explain the process and answer any question I had. In the field the licensed inspector showed up a little early for the inspection and answered any question I had during the first few minutes of the inspection. He kept his focus on what he was doing as I distracted him with questions. I only stayed around for the first 15 minutes of the inspection just to look over the house again. I left the inspector to do his job as he went through the house top to bottom. about a 2 hour or more inspection.We received the report later that day. It was very detailed and included color photos and thermal imaging.. Lucky for us their were just a few minor defects in the home. If you want to know you are buying a good house and avoid loosing your $ on a money pit, i absolutely recommend using Texan Inspections

Hired David for my new construction. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Reports are done so fast within the same day! So grateful for his expertise, especially during Covid 19. She answered all my questions and I even had to canceled but I called back again and they reschedule with no problem.
